Windamere Homes is an award winning home builder located in Highfields, Toowoomba. They have won multiple awards including the Master Builders David Turton Display Home award and the Master Builders Individual Homes award.

The Windamere Homes team engaged RMA Soils to assist them during the construction of this custom built luxury home in Mt Lofty, north-east Toowoomba.

This complex site required extensive site classification and contour survey to identify the subsurface materials and properties.

The RMA Soils team provided testing of samples for plasticity, site classification,  condition reporting and slope stability analysis in order to determine the parameters of the foundation design.
