The Bernoth Centre mixed-use development, constructed by Hutchinson Builders, is a sought after address, located within the developing dynamic lifestyle precinct with motels, cafes, grocery store and baker nearby. The centre comprises 200+ car parks and a multi-storey retail and commercial space on Toowoomba’s south side.

RMA Soils were involved in several aspects of this project. We provided preconstruction advice for foundation design to suit the site. We were then involved in managing the construction materials testing for the bulk earthworks and service installation to comply with both council and project specifications, providing Hutchinson Builders with NATA endorsed reports. Our team also provided geotechnical inspections and advice for the foundation materials and stability assessment of the trench & excavation walls.
